Over the past few months we have been working with staff, pupils, governors and parents to ask them what they consider the Core Values of Peckover to be, and we came up with these 5 core values:
Perseverance [never give up]
Respect [show respect and tolerance for all]
Opportunity [create and grab opportunities]
United [we are a team]
Do your best [always strive to do the best you can]
To launch our core values we held a 'dress up' Core Values Cafe day on March 16th
The children came to school dressed as their dream profession of the future e.g. astronaut, artist, footballer, lawyer...
