This week, Year 6 have been questioning whether the government enlisted effectively during WW2.
They learned about political parties and compared manifestos from the 1935 and 2019 General Elections. They also took part in an army boot camp with real training drills from WW2. https://t.co/T86D4WA142
Yesterday, Year 4 learned all about Viking longships. We learned that they could hold up to 60 men at a time and were decorated with monstrous figureheads, which the Vikings believed would protect their ships during rough weather on the high seas.
