At Peckover, we believe “It’s not where you’re from, it’s where you’re going…”

Our intention at Peckover Primary School is that all pupils, irrespective of their background or the challenges they face, make good progress and achieve high attainment across all subject areas. Furthermore, we strive to ensure that there are no ‘glass ceilings’ for our children and remove barriers to academic and social mobility wherever possible. We also recognise that it is our responsibility to ensure that all of our pupils, Pupil Premium or otherwise, are “secondary ready” and that they leave Peckover with the social and academic knowledge and skills to be successful in the next stage of their education.

Who can I speak to about Pupil Premium funding?

Mr Kendal is responsible for managing Pupil Premium Funding. Your child’s class teacher will be able to explain how we are using the funding to support children and the office staff can offer advice on how to apply for this funding if you think you may be entitled to it.
